We have a Very strict but simple return policy.

- If by any chance you receive a Broken or damaged cover , you would have to share the images and videos within 12 hours of the delivery

-All our covers have Camera protection ; Closed or open all the cases will have raised camera lid

-We have major stock of covers with “ Closed Camera protection” so if your phone has any sort of camera ring/ layer/ lamination or third party protection our cases won’t FIT , so either make a request while ordering for “Open camera protection” or check in with us on instagram dm or whatsapp!

NOTE :- All the returns be it courier or special request returns for "xyz” reasons  the reverse delivery charge is to be levied on the customer 

- In case of Prepaid orders 3 delivery Attempts would be made by all our courier service providers post that RTO will be initiated ,

 Reverse delivery charge- order coming back from your location to ours will be deducted from the total amount of refund .

If you wish us to reship post that , we will do that for Free but will be our last attempt .

• RECORD THE UNBOXING OF THE PRODUCT FROM THE STAGE OF OPENING THE SEAL TO OPENING THE BOX OF OUR COVERS TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR REPLACE OR REFUND

- You don't like the design
- You ordered the wrong model

Please note colors may vary design to design due to different screens of different phones, the cover will look different even in 2 different phone Screens if looked at side to side

you may request us an irl image of the cover if you want to get a better estimate of how the cover will look like irl before ordering
